Policies & Procedures

Welcome to Oh Sweet Clean! We’re genuinely excited to take care of your space and make things feel fresh, peaceful, and easy for you.

To keep everything running smoothly on both sides, here are a few simple policies so expectations are clear from the start.

Booking & Scheduling

  • All services must be booked in advance through our booking system.

  • Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message.

  • We recommend booking ahead—our schedule fills up quickly!

Payments

  • For first-time clients we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, which goes toward your final balance.

  • Payment is due on the day of service.

  • We accept cash, venmo or debit/credit card (3% processing fee applies to card payments).

  • Late payments may result in a $20 late fee if payment is not received on the day of service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service total.

Access to Your Home

  • Please ensure we have access to your home at the scheduled time.

  • If we’re unable to enter, it may be treated as a cancellation.

  • If you’re not home, just let us know ahead of time how to enter—we’ve got you!

Condition of the Home

  • We ask that the space is picked up (toys, clothes, clutter) before we arrive so we can focus on cleaning.

  • Excessive clutter may result in additional charges or limited service.

 

Pets

  • We love pets! 

  • For safety, please secure any pets that may be anxious or reactive.

  • Let us know ahead of time if pets will be present.

  • While we always do our best to be careful with doors and entryways, we are not responsible for pets that may escape or run away during service.

Products & Equipment

  • We bring our own professional-grade supplies.

  • If you prefer we use your products, just let us know in advance. Just keep in mind that results may vary depending on the products and the surfaces we’re working with.

  • Some surfaces (like delicate stone or specialty finishes) must be disclosed so we can care for them properly.

Quality Service

  • Your satisfaction matters to us!

  • If something was missed, please notify us within 24 hours, and we’ll gladly come back to fix it.

  • We do not offer refunds, but we always aim to make things right.

Pricing

  • All quotes are based on the information provided at booking.

  • Final pricing may adjust if the condition of the home differs significantly.

  • Add-ons and extras will be clearly communicated before we begin.

Same-Day / Last-Minute Bookings

  • Same-day services may include a last-minute fee depending on availability.

Safety & Liability

  • We are insured for your peace of mind.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions (loose fixtures, fragile items, etc.).

  • Please let us know about anything delicate—we’ll treat it with extra care.

Communication

  • The best way to reach us is by call or text.

  • We do our best to respond quickly during business hours!
